Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and administration.

• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, CMMS and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination, execution and implementation of a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Prepare presentations and content for program status and milestones.
• Represent the department/division through communication and collaboration with stakeholders and staff.
• Assist with planning and coordination of leadership and employee events and activities.
• Assist content creation for projects and initiatives; apply HVAC-R, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge.
