Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering Bonds and Certificates of Insurance.
• Work with Project Coordinator to set up the project in ACC Build.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Assist with project closeout and warranty letters.

Basic knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems

Ability to read blueprints

Education

Some college coursework or apprenticeship
