Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong background in HVAC systems and project management within the construction industry, with a focus on both commercial and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technology.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MEP systems is a plus.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or multifamily projects is preferred.
