Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is assisting a large CA-based mechanical contractor in hiring an HVAC Project Manager. The role focuses on supporting Project Managers on large HVAC projects, coordinating subs, schedules, and facilitating change orders through to project completion.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years as an HVAC PM with mechanical contractor experience, a construction-related bachelor's degree, and local Bay Area residency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as HVAC Project Manager for a mechanical contractor.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related field.
• HVAC experience and local Bay Area residency.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with multiple large HVAC projects.

Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager:

• Assist Project Managers with one to multiple large mechanical projects (HVAC)
• Manage Subs, and coordinate project schedules, and build/get approval on change orders when project is complete

Requirements for HVAC Project Manager:

• 1 or more years working as an HVACProject Manager for Mechanical contractor

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree (Construction related)
• HVAC experience
