Job summary

Create the Team is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Florida to lead project plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to define goals and requirements.

The role involves overseeing system commissioning, testing, and final delivery, ensuring a smooth handover and high client satisfaction while guiding cross‑functional teams through quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or in a similar role in commercial HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Florida code and general construction processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Track variances and implement corrective actions to stay on target

Scheduling, Coordination and Resource Management

• Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Adjust staffing and resources based on project needs

Quality Assurance & Client Communication

• Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and industry requirements
