The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage schedules and budgets, maintain inventory, and provide technical guidance to field staff. A strong organizational mindset and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
• Experience managing HVAC installation or service projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from startup through completion.
• Coordinate office and field operations daily.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee inventory across locations and vehicles.
• Deliver project materials to job sites.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee office operations and field projects while ensuring successful execution of HVAC installation and service projects. This role requires strong project management skills, technical HVAC expertise, inventory oversight, and the ability to coordinate field technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on field management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from startup through completion.
• Coordinate daily operations between office staff and field teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage inventory across office locations and company vehicles.
• Coordinate and deliver project materials to job sites.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians when needed.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Resolve project issues and maintain smooth workflow throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing HVAC installation or service projects.
