Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site efforts from planning to delivery. You will coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen; align objectives with clients and internal teams; and ensure projects meet budgets, schedules, and safety standards.

The role requires a proven track record and strong reading of drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards, with excellent communication and organizational skills to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction sites, and loud environments
• Must be able to climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed
