GPAC is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on coordinating design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, while partnering with clients, architects, and engineers to meet specifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare status reports and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Execute project closeout and handover to the client.
