Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Project Manager in Aurora, CO to oversee installation and retrofit projects from kickoff through completion. You will manage timelines, coordinate field teams, and ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires experience in HVAC project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities across office and field environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience reading plans, specifications, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installation and retrofit projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
• Review project documentation, change orders, and job progress updates.
• Support field teams by helping remove roadblocks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project process.
