• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial HVAC projects, including new installations, retrofits, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, subcontractor performance, and quality of work.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Act as primary client liaison, providing updates, managing scope changes, and maintaining strong relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
