Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC installations from design through completion. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure on‑time, within‑scope delivery.

This role requires 3–5 years in HVAC or construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project, and a willingness to travel to job sites in the Gainesville

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
