Job summary

Total Comfort Solutions in North Charleston, SC seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial HVAC projects from inception through closeout.

You will supervise field personnel, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensure scope, schedule and budget compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships while improving profitability and safety.

This role requires strong planning, communication, and leadership skills to drive project success and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be substituted.
• Six or more years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including projects of varying size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial HVAC projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, completion, and closeout.
• Own the financial performance of assigned projects and manage profitability.
