Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects in Charleston, SC. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of design-build and design-assist HVAC scopes, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and specs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in mechanical construction and proven PM experience in commercial HVAC, with strong estimating, plan review, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Commercial HVAC or mechanical project management experience.
• Experience with design-build or design-assist projects.
• Experience with mechanical estimating, plan review, and coordination of multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with field teams, contractors, clients and other trades.
• Manage purchasing, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project budgets, billing, costs, and profit margins.
• Lead project closeout including as-builts, manuals, warranties, punch lists, and final billing.
