Job summary

Crown Mechanical, LLC is seeking an HVAC Foreman in the Charlotte, NC area to lead daily operations, mentor technicians, and act as the on-site point person for major jobs. The role emphasizes project organization, quality control, and a player/coach mindset to drive performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the Service Coordinator. Base salary ranges with bonuses are offered in a competitive market.

Position: HVAC Foreman

Location: Charlotte, NC

Availability: Immediate

Compensation: Depending on Experience - $75k to 85k Base Salary( or Hourly Equivalent), Performance Bonuses

Job Summary:

The HVAC Foreman will provide leadership by example to fellow teammates though organizing daily operations and accurately monitoring, assisting and mentoring technicians throughout their day. You will play a pivotal role in project organizing & being the point person on site for all major jobs.

Your key responsibilities for success will be:

• Be the primary point person for all HVAC division job coordination, and work closely with your Service Coordinator to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
• Be responsible for ensuring field execution and operations are of high quality, well managed, monitored for improvements, and that all communication embarrasses our competitors.
• Project organization & preparation
• Live out our Core Values at all times while representing the company
• Lead, think, and operate with a Player/Coach mentality

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating morning huddles w/ the team
• Review of job notes & photos from completed service calls and projects
• Assist with service calls when company has high call volume
• Own Technician assessments, ride-a-longs, training, and disciplinary actions
• Review completed Job Costing
• Assist the Sales Team with estimating or deal closing when needed
• Maintain job quality & company standards
• After-hours technical support escalation (are not on the call rotation, but must be available to support the on-call team)

Role Requirements:

• First & Foremost, You MUST have a good moral compass
• Work well with others on the belief respect is earned, not given
• 3yrs+ of technical HVAC supervisory role in either Commercial or Residential service
• Solution Driven & Punctual
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Experience & aptitude with project planning & preparation
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Strong proficiency in Service Titan or similar platform
• Tech savvy
• Clean driving record, must be able to pass drug screening & national background check
• HVAC license a major plus
