You will coordinate lead generation, customer meetings, measurements, proposals, material purchasing, and scheduling while ensuring code compliance and safety.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead technicians, manage supplier

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required; plumbing experience preferred and trainable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from lead generation to installation and follow-up.
• Oversee residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and water filtration.
• Ensure code compliance and safety practices.
