Job summary

Prado Brother's Builders Co. in Montauk, NY seeks an HVAC Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects from concept to completion.

You will lead teams, manage estimates, liaise with suppliers, and ensure code compliance and safety standards. The role requires hands-on experience in construction and mechanical systems, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC or plumbing experience required.
• Experience in refrigeration a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read & write in English.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects from lead generation to completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturer reps; assess parts & pricing.
• Run point for installations on new construction & renovations.
• Prioritize service, repair, preventive maintenance & installations by urgency.
• Create estimates and proposals; manage Ignite process for ordering and invoicing.
• Explain technical options to customers in layman's terms.
