Qualifications

• Must have strong project management experience and ability to read/scale architectural and mechanical plans.
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and documentation in construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Estimator, Department Manager, and Installations Foreman.
• Assist in reviewing plans and specs for accurate bidding.
• Process job number requests, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation, materials, status monitoring, billing, and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure goals are met.
• Maintain relationships with customers and contractors.
