Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in engineering, construction management, or project management preferred but not required.
• Experience in project management, construction management, or field engineering.
• Ability to read and scale architectural and mechanical plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Estimator, Department Manager, and Installations Foreman.
• Assist Estimator in reviewing plans and specs for accurate bidding.
• Process job number requests, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation, materials, status monitoring, billing, and invoicing.
• Update RFI and submittal logs and maintain project records.
• Prepare submittals and close-out documents; assemble package deliverables.
• Coordinate with client, project managers, and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Maintain relationships with customers and contractors and ensure deliverables meet standards.
