Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a Project Engineer in mechanical industry and commercial construction.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning).
- Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Experience managing project schedules and change orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise HVAC projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare and submit RFIs, change orders, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other construction professionals to ensure requirements are met.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all HVAC systems meet company standards and comply with regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plan and schedule.
- Identify potential project risks and provide mitigation solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
