Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Kalamazoo, MI.

You will bridge estimating, project operations, and field execution, ensuring projects move from award to closeout with accurate contracts, submittals, and logistics managed for foremen and field teams. The role requires at least 5 years in a project support/administrative capacity within construction or engineering, and proficiency in Procore, Sage ERP, and MS Office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of verified experience in project support or administrative role within construction/engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with construction project management and financial software (Procore, Sage ERP).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and enter new projects into Sage ERP and update Procore & Ecomm tracking.
• Manage contracts, documentation, and project folders for internal file systems.
• Coordinate permits, bonds, COIs, and insurance documentation with clients and municipalities.
• Prepare field binders, submittals, and O&M manuals for project closeout.
• Attend internal project meetings and record accurate minutes; generate status reports.
