Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly detailed Project Coordinator to bridge estimating, office project operations, and field execution.

You will safely shepherd commercial HVAC projects from award to closeout—tracking contracts, processing submittals, ordering equipment, and ensuring foremen and field teams have exactly what they need to succeed. This role emphasizes coordination between Sage ERP, Procore, and field teams, focusing on budgets, change orders, and timely communication to

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in a project support or administrative role.
• Strong MS Office 365, Procore, and Sage ERP proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Set up projects in Sage ERP, update Procore & Ecomm tracking, and generate Project Information Forms.
• Manage contracts, documents, and project folders.
• Coordinate bonds, COIs, permits, and inspection schedules.
• Enter budgets and SOVs into Sage Construction Management; share weekly job-cost updates.
• Prepare submittals, O&M manuals, field binders, and project status reports.
• Attend internal meetings and record minutes.
