Job summary

25 Harris Mountain West, LLC (Ogden) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Aurora, CO to provide project management support during all HVAC construction phases. Responsibilities include site inspections, document control, quality assurance, and managing project closeouts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems is essential.

• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Review, process, organize, and log contract documents.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute meeting notes.
• Assist in administering project specific quality control program.
• Update progress drawings and administer project closeout documentation.
