Job summary

Metamorphosis Financial Inc- DBA AFFORDABLE HEATING AND AIR is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the production management team and ensure our customers and installation crews receive top-quality service and workmanship.

The role requires at least 3+ years in production administration within HVAC, construction, or plumbing, plus strong organization and communication skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews
• Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner
• Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs
• Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers
• Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job
• Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track
• Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules
