Rite-Hite Doors, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management for HVAC Solutions to steer the global HVAC portfolio end-to-end, from market insight through development, commercialization, and lifecycle optimization.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, sales, service, marketing, and IT to deliver energy-efficient, high-impact HVAC solutions for industrial environments. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, an MBA or advanced degree

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8–12+ years of progressive product management experience.
Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, building systems, or related technical products strongly preferred.
M&A experience preferred.

Mansioni

Define and execute the HVAC portfolio strategy aligned with BI growth and innovation objectives.
Own the HVAC portfolio end-to-end from market insight to development, commercialization, and lifecycle optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, service, marketing and IT to deliver high-impact solutions.
Develop a forward-looking 3+ year product roadmap and build financial models for investments and improvements.
Lead pricing strategy and margin targets in partnership with sales and finance.
Drive lifecycle decisions, product enhancements, and end-of-life planning.
Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions to meet business goals.
