Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field experience
• 3+ years in fast-paced product management or product marketing for HVAC products
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across organization and drive outcomes
• Experience launching new products/services and scaling through releases
• Willingness to travel 35%–50% and proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze opportunities for new products or changes based on market needs and product performance
• Prioritize opportunities and create product design specifications for engineering projects
• Train internal and external stakeholders on products
• Lead user focus groups and collect feedback on new and existing products
• Develop and maintain product roadmap with leadership
• Collaborate with marketing to develop features, benefits, and marketing materials
• Assist with product manuals, on-site training, and travel as required
• Support social media programs and content creation
• Attend trade shows and meetings to discuss trends and market changes
