Job summary
LG Electronics USA is seeking a Product Development Engineer II to join our HVAC R&D Center in Alpharetta, GA. You will develop expertise in manufacturing and development of LG HVAC equipment and perform research driven by analytical thinking and market understanding.
You will analyze performance data, support field testing, and prepare manuals for the US commercialization process. A mechanical engineering degree and CAD/GD&T skills are required, with opportunities for growth in a global tech
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
- HVAC experience is preferred.
- 3D CAD and GD&T knowledge required; ability to interpret drawings.
Responsibilities
- Provide HVAC engineering insight and improvement solutions for new product development.
- Screen, analyze and support new HVAC product performance; provide recommendations.
- Statistically evaluate, interpret and support data from lab and field testing.
- Assist in preparation of service, installation and engineering manuals for US commercialization.
