Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong HVAC product knowledge to provide accurate technical guidance and recommendations.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer value.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product availability.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment with strong organizational and time management skills
