Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in a related position.
• Prior successful experience as an Installation Technician in HVAC.
• Ability to read and understand engineered drawings.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Initiative to drive growth through customer service.
• Fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
• A can-do attitude with integrity and urgency.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical installation and startup teams to meet goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of installations and backlogs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Review contracts and terms with project teams.
• Support project handoffs between sales, engineering, and field teams.
