Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions in Albany, NY is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to support HVAC preconstruction activities, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate bid packages from estimating to execution.

You will liaise with estimators, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintain project records, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of duties. The role offers a starting salary of $55,000 per year and a benefits package including retirement matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction administrative activities during project planning and estimating phases.
• Manage and maintain bid packages, drawings, specifications, and permit applications.
• Coordinate communication among estimators, customers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with bid submissions and request vendor pricing.
• Track schedules, deadlines, and project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project records, files, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
