Job summary

Kelso Industries is hiring experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Utah operations. This full-time field role focuses on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.

You will complete scheduled maintenance, diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues, read wiring diagrams and manufacturer docs, and keep detailed service records while adhering to safety standards and codes. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• 1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
