Baker Brothers Plumbing Air & Electric seeks dependable HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to perform routine inspections, maintenance, and tune-ups on residential systems in Texas. You will identify issues early, educate clients, and ensure high safety and quality standards while building trusted relationships.

Qualified candidates have EPA certification, TX TDLR registration, a valid Texas driver’s license, and 6 months of field experience, with Service Titan a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA certification and TX TDLR registration.
• At least 6 months of field experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with 3 years of driving history.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently with attention to detail.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and clean uniform.
• Experience with 16+ SEER systems and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools.
• Build client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Educate clients on system maintenance and replacement options.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems.
• Document service performed and recommendations in reports/logs.
• Complete tasks in compliance with state and local quality and safety standards.

Baker Brothers Plumbing Air & Electric is seeking dependable, skilled HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help keep our customers’ heating and cooling systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll perform routine inspections, maintenance, and tune-ups, identify potential issues before they become costly repairs, and provide exceptional service that reflects Baker Brothers’ commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Do I have What it Takes?

• Valid Texas drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• EPA certification and TDLR registered with the State of Texas.
• At least 6 months of in the field experience.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude

What Will I Do?

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements and provide replacement options as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with state and local quality and safety standards.
