Collins Comfort Masters is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose and service residential systems, educate clients on maintenance, and provide clear pricing options. The role mentors installers and contributes to a high-quality service experience in Tempe, AZ.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to educate clients on systems and maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow directions and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools.
• Build relationships with clients through clear communication and quality service.
• Educate clients on maintenance needs and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort through product knowledge.
• Document service performed and recommendations in reports/logs.
• Complete tasks in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.

What Will I Do?

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Do I Have What It Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Service Titan experience preferred
