Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive in Escondido, CA. The role demands 10+ years in mechanical construction project management, with sales/estimating experience and a strong focus on leadership, client relations, and budgeting.

You will manage teams across design and field operations, forecasting workloads and resources. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing management procedures, and representing the company in client meetings, ensuring projects

Project Executive Skills

• Team Management
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters.
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.
• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects.
• Client Liaison/Communication
• Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.
• Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements.
• Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Project Executive Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction Project Management experience
