Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Senior Project Manager in California to lead mechanical construction projects across higher education, government, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors. A minimum of 10+ years of PM experience is required, with strong client liaison and team leadership skills.

You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and reporting to ensure project success. The successful candidate will oversee multi-project delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical and construction PM experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Experience with higher education, government, healthcare, industrial and commercial projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Direct and deliver mechanical construction PM across projects.

Mechanical Senior Project Manager Skills

• Team Management


• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters


• Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions


• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects


• Update Integral accounting system information


• Client Liaison/Communication


• Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required


• Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements


• Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
