Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in San Diego are seeking a highly organized, results-driven professional to convert opportunities, reconnect with past customers, and keep our office operations running smoothly.

You will drive outbound follow-up, manage the lead pipeline in ServiceTitan, coordinate dispatching and customer communication, and jump in to dial and text when volume is high.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and texts.
• Organized and ensure follow-ups do not slip through the cracks.
• Take ownership and follow through without needing to be chased.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound follow-up and convert opportunities into scheduled jobs.
• Manage leads and follow-ups in ServiceTitan with clear notes and status.
• Support dispatchers and CSRs on lead management and follow-up processes.
• Drive outbound execution by example and fill schedules during slower periods.
