Job summary
GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I to design HVAC and plumbing systems, create 3D drawings, perform load calculations, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The role requires experience with 3D modeling and BIM tools, and includes site visits to verify sizing and conformance.

Qualifications
- 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings, sizing and tagging.
- HVAC and Plumbing load calculations.
- Source cut sheets for all equipment and input into job sheets.
- BIM360 setup, coordination and management.
- Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Create 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings and ensure specs are up to date.
- Perform HVAC and plumbing load calculations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on projects.
- Manage BIM360 setup and project coordination.
- Conduct site visits to verify equipment sizing and conformance.
