Team Bob's is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Traverse City team. This in-office role focuses on supporting service technicians and plumbers by scheduling, invoicing, and coordinating daily activities with the dispatcher.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist customers with questions, and provide links to review pages.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher to review availability and schedule service appointments.
• Reach out to customers to schedule maintenance plan appointments and follow up on service orders.
• Maintain a detailed call log and report daily activity to the Lead Service Dispatcher.
• Qualify leads with probing questions and generate reports on appointment data.

We are committed to providing the training and tools required to succeed!**Hours:**7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday in office, not remote **Position Summary:** Maintain the Service Technicians and Plumbers daily schedules working together with the Dispatcher through incoming and outbound customer calls. While the focus will be connecting directly with the customer, CSR's will also complete multiple tasks such as accounts receivable, invoicing, maintenance plan scheduling and so much more.
