You will contribute to sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales; prior experience in plumbing/HVAC or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills for consultative selling and customer engagement.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and propose solutions.
