Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales; plumbing/HVAC or related industry preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state license required.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Serve as a product expert on plumbing, HVAC, and related products to guide customer decisions.
• Drive sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting strategic products and programs.
• Process transactions efficiently with accuracy and a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to support account growth and seamless service.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage and weight limits.
