This location sells HVAC & plumbing products.## Role OverviewAs a Branch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the **\"Best Local Supply House\"** by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment, and will cultivate a positive culture through effective leadership.## **Position Details*** Reports to Aaron Gonzalez* Direct oversight of 2 associates* **Schedule: Monday-Friday working 40 hours between the hours of 7am and 5pm plus overtime as needed**## **Responsibilities*** P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development* Build customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accounts* Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs* Coordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operations* Lead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach, driving accountability, and cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culture* Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all HSE policies and behaviors## Qualifications* Experience in building engaged & motivated sales teams is preferred* 3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferred* Strong understanding of budgets and financials* Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture* Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development* Ability to adapt to and engage with the local market culture and business environmentAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
