Job summary

Ferguson in Irving, TX is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a team and drive the agenda to become the Best Local Supply House. You will align sales strategy with customer experience, cultivate local relationships, and ensure sales goals are met while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role oversees 2 associates, reports to the branch manager, and requires Monday–Friday 7am–5pm with overtime as needed. A focus on P&L, pricing, and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgets and financials.
• Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture.
• Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Irving, TX location. This location sells HVAC & plumbing products.

Role Overview

As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to become the “Best Local Supply House” by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment, and will cultivate a positive culture through effective leadership.

Position Details

• Reports to Aaron Gonzalez
• Direct oversight of 2 associates
• Schedule: Monday-Friday working 40 hours between the hours of 7am and 5pm plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development
• Build customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accounts

• Coordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operations
• Lead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach, driving accountability, and cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culture
• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all HSE policies and behaviors

Qualifications

• Experience in building engaged & motivated sales teams is preferred
• 3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferred
• Strong understanding of budgets and financials
• Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture
• Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development
• Ability to adapt to and engage with the local market culture and business environment

Pay Range:

$24.86 - $37.31

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
