Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of piping design or mechanical engineering experience.
• HVAC piping knowledge for commercial/industrial environments.
• Familiarity with chilled water, condenser water, hydronic, and process piping.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop piping systems for commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
• Prepare piping layouts, specifications, calculations, and engineering docs.
• Coordinate piping with mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls teams.
• Review drawings and customer requirements to ensure code compliance.
• Assist with equipment selection and piping sizing.
• Support estimating, project management, and field teams during execution.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings, and coordination with customers and contractors.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
