Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is a leading HVAC equipment and service provider with extensive North American coverage. We are seeking a skilled HVAC field technician to install, service and maintain commercial/industrial systems at customer sites in the United States.

You will work on replacement equipment, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues in line with EPA standards. Candidates should have 5–10 years of HVAC experience, read blueprints and be comfortable with electrical basics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years HVAC experience on commercial/industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and procedures; write routine reports.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems; read blueprints and technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specs to honor warranties.
• Perform preventive maintenance per established standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVACR malfunctions per EPA standards.
• Follow maintenance schedules and maintain logs.
• Complete documentation including timesheets, expense reports, service reports, logs.
• Conduct safety training, meetings and maintain tools/vehicle as needed.
