HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a customer service-focused associate to help customers find the right HVAC/R products and supplies. You will greet customers with expert guidance, process orders, and maintain inventory knowledge to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.

Role requires strong HVAC/R product knowledge, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical questions and customer concerns on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the HVAC/R industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components.
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations to help them find the right HVAC/R products and supplies for their needs.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all requested items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly.
• Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC/R product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components.
