Tropic Supply, Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Full‑Time Counter Sales Professional to serve technicians and contractors, help identify parts, and process transactions with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment, basic computer skills and the ability to work days, Monday–Friday and some Saturdays. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a hands‑on, high‑volume environment.
• Clear, professional, and patient communication under pressure.
• Self‑directed work ethic with no need for constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve the trade with confidence: help technicians and contractors identify the right part, solve product questions in real time, and move fast without sacrificing accuracy.
• Manage the counter with precision: enter sales orders, process transactions, handle returns, credits, and warranty claims, and keep the front‑end running cleanly even when volume is high.
• Pull your weight on the floor: assist with stocking, inventory counts, and helping customers load product safely.
• Build relationships that last: treat every interaction as an opportunity to earn loyalty, not just close a transaction.
