Job summary

Texas AirSystems is seeking a Parts Counter Sales person to process customer orders and respond to inquiries. You will conduct sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone, by email, and at the counter.

The role requires attention to detail, a customer-service orientation, and the ability to work well with others. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with HVAC parts background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• HVAC parts background preferred.
• HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone, by email, and over the counter.
• Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers.
• Actively makes customers aware of product promotions.
• May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding products or services.
• Records inventory discrepancies
• Follows up with customers
• Determines best method to resolve customer issues
• Develop & maintain relationships with customers and our business partners
• Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills.
