Remote position, ideally located in Mountain or Western time zones to cover the Western US.

Ideal Candidate: Outside Sales HVAC
Core Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in product selection, troubleshooting systems or products, and answering technical questions.
- Providing high-level customer service and technical support to HVAC/R contractors and industrial personnel both in person and via phone.
- Having comprehensive knowledge of our equipment product lines, accurately sizing and matching jobs, and troubleshooting service issues.
- Staying informed of HVAC/R fundamentals, product features, functions, uses, benefits, and new products; continuously educating oneself, colleagues, and customers.
- Determining replacement HVAC/R parts based on inspections, descriptions, and customer requirements.
- Researching and sourcing products for customers using various tools such as computer systems, catalogs, web-based tools, and industry contacts.
- Training teammates in HVAC fundamentals.
- As an Outside Salesperson, maintain an optimistic, friendly, service-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, and all interactions should be honest and ethical.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- College Degree
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
Additional Qualities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products
- Strong sales, wholesale sales, and HVAC industry experience
- Excellent organization and presentation skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Drive to prospect and generate new business
Travel may be up to 50% of the time.
