We are currently seeking an immediate hire for a Residential HVAC Product Specialist. This role provides technical product support to outside sales and field partners for Residential HVAC products. If you have prior technical experience with Residential HVAC Equipment, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping others solve problems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry-leading organization.

This is a remote position supporting the New England District. The ideal candidate must be located in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dealers with troubleshooting service and installation issues over the phone daily.
• Maintain a daily call log of customer interactions.
• Provide on-site technical support at job sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside sales, field technicians, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver technical product knowledge and training virtually and in person.
• Assist in developing training materials as directed by the Training & Technical Support Manager.
• Help with filing warranty claims.
• Attend training to become a Trane/American Standard Field Service Representative (FSR).
• Become a Mitsubishi Diamond Service Group member (DSG).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of technical HVAC experience in service, installation, or support.
• EPA Certification and other HVAC licenses are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Trane/American Standard and Mitsubishi residential HVAC products is preferred.
• Willingness to answer technical support calls regularly.
• Ability to provide technical training both virtually and in person.
• Quickly find product information to assist technicians on the phone or job site.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing urgent requests.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and independent worker.
• Willingness to travel within New England as needed.

Pay Range: $4,743.90 - $10,436.80 per month. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Wages may vary based on location and regulations.
