This role focuses on assessing customer needs and resolving technical inquiries while conducting training in various formats. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This field consultant develops and delivers training courses for training customers or technical employees focused on the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC products. The consultant also troubleshoots technical inquiries.

The base salary range for this position is $64k to $106,050 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for commissions and bonuses subject to the company’s compensation plan.

WHAT WE OFFER:
This is a remote based opportunity that includes a company car and ideally suited for candidates in the Phoenix area.
Benefits:

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
