Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling in North Carolina is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team and drive operational excellence. You will oversee residential and commercial installations, ensure quality workmanship, and coach technicians to high performance.

Requirements include a current H3-1 HVAC license in NC or SC, at least 3 years of residential installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

Current H3-1 HVAC license in NC or SC is required.
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to train others and coach technicians.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Acceptable criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and perform quality and safety inspections on new installations.
Provide feedback, coaching, and professional development to Installation Technicians.
Partner with service, dispatch, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely service.
Follow up on escalated customer disputes and provide resolutions.
Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations; communicate goals to technicians.
Foster a fun, nurturing culture and uphold company core values.
Ensure safety topics are integrated into coaching, meetings, and training.
